Operation of selected health bonus offers from AOKs.

The subject of the tender comprises the operation of health offers in accordance with Section 65a SGB V. These health bonus programs are designed as premium-based incentive systems. The clients award certain health-protecting or health-promoting measures or behaviors in point form. Points can then be redeemed by participants in the form of prizes, vouchers and / or cash prizes.

The subject of the tender are the service modules offer management, participant and prospect management, bonus payments, vouchers and cash bonus management as well as the provision of the offer infrastructure (including IT infrastructure and data exchange). The operation includes executing work in particular in the following fields: information on the offer, enrollment of the participants including checking the enrollment requirements in cooperation with the client, creation and administration of a participant account (on request including online access and self-services for the participants) , Support / verification of the evidence for the health measures, the booking of points and the distribution of the premiums. The operator strictly follows the specifications of the individual client.
