The Trust has identified an opportunity to replace an existing building (Douglas Bennett House) which has been vacant and fallen into disrepair. In order to deliver this scheme, a contract was let under the Procure 21+ framework to deliver the necessary design, investment appraisal and ultimately the construction of the new facility. The Trust are now seeking a Supplier to provide Project Management Services for this project.
