The goal of the municipality is to create an outdoor space that, within the financial and policy frameworks, is kept so clean, very and safe that the social experience is as high as possible. On the one hand, the focus is on the actual maintenance work that ensures that the outdoor space meets CROW image quality B (in the sequel 'The Base on Order'), on the other hand, the focus is on the added value that can be delivered by the city's spearheads: Biodiversity, Climate Adaption, Participation, Experience Value and Communication (in the future “Opportunities and Ambitions”).

The municipality of Leusden is looking for a (combination of) Contractor (s) who can handle both aspects. A contract model is used to establish this contract.
