Utrecht University of the Arts Foundation (hereinafter: HKU) is a higher education institution in Utrecht where 4,400 students attend education. HKU stands out with higher education in the arts and the media and is a driving force in training and innovation for the creative industry.
Within the HKU, the HKU computer service provides, among other things, the workplace ICT facilities for 4400 students and around 900 employees.
The purpose of this tender is to contract one supplier per parcel that provides us with high-quality Windows, Mac o/s hardware and displays for the HKU workplaces, at sharp, market-compliant prices where HKU is relieved by a good and flexible service provision ( before, during and after delivery) with good guarantees.
PC delivery (Windows o/s)HKU estimates to spend the following amounts maximum over the total maturity (including option years) of the Framework Agreement:
-Plot 1: €400,000, - excl. VAT;
-Plot 2; €400,000, - excl. VAT;
-Plot 3; €200,000, - excl. VAT;
