Type and scope of the object of the order:

The construction project involves the renovation, modernization and expansion of the wish spa in Winnenden.

Here especially the refrigeration system for the components A-D main building and course pool

Main building Renovation and extension: Two-storey and partial basement

New course pool: single-storey with basement

Chiller

• Construction of a cold water network 14/18 °C (to avoid condensation)

• Central chiller (approx. 60 kW) and dry cooler

• 1 refrigeration distributor and accessories (approx. 7 outlets of different dimensions)

• Pressure maintenance and degassing for the new network

Built-in parts:

• A total of approx. 65 valves/fittings (string shut-off, balancing valves, shut-off valves, check valves)

• Fittings for motorized control valves (2 & 3 ways), as well as installation of MSR provided valves

• Approx. 12 circulation pumps

• Approx. 1,000 m pipes black steel pipe coated 2-fold DN 15 – DN 80 with thermal insulation and fittings

• Approx. 7 pcs 2-wire recirculating fan coil units for cooling technical rooms; incl. accessories

Performance dates:

Execution period: May 2023 to May 2024

Completion of new opening 01.06.2024
