The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of 1,632.4 m3 (1,632,400 litres) of diesel oil to Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji w Gorzów Wielkopolski sp. z o.o. in 2024 for the Ordering Party's own needs and for the purpose of conducting business activity in the field of trading in liquid fuels, using the infrastructure of the liquid fuel station in Gorzów Wielkopolski at 46 Kostrzyńska Street.

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of 1,632.4 m3 (1,632,400 litres) of diesel oil to Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji w Gorzów Wielkopolski sp. z o.o. in 2024 for the Ordering Party's own needs and for the purpose of conducting business activity in the field of trading in liquid fuels marked with the following CN codes: 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11, using the infrastructure of a liquid fuel station in Gorzów Wielkopolski at 46 Kostrzyńska Street. The offered fuel must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels. Successive deliveries of diesel oil are planned from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party. Diesel oil will be delivered by road tankers at the Contractor's expense and risk to the Ordering Party's service station located at Kostrzyńska 46, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp. Deliveries will take place on Monday - Saturday (except holidays) at the hours indicated by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the date presented in the offer from the moment of placing the order via e-mail by an authorized employee of the Ordering Party. The expected volume of a single delivery is approximately 31 m3. Settlement of diesel oil deliveries will be carried out with volume compensation up to a temperature of +15 ° C. Each delivery of diesel oil should have a proof of issue and a quality certificate. The Ordering Party reserves the right to carry out each time the conformity of the quality parameters of the supplied diesel oil in accordance with the quality certificate provided.
