The city of Aachen intends to award planning services for technical equipment for the construction of a new daycare center with at least 5 groups in conjunction with two affiliated single-field sports halls.
A design competition has been held for the planning services for buildings and outdoor facilities. The winning design was created by the Aachen-based office kadawittfeldarchitektur GmbH.
The new building amounts to around 1,610 sqm gross floor area for the new construction of the daycare center and around 1,770 sqm gross floor area for the new construction of the 2 single-field sports halls.
The eligible costs [Technical Equipment - Lot 1: Plant Groups 1 - 3 and 8] are currently estimated at around 1.6 million euros / net.
The eligible costs [Technical Equipment - Lot 2: Plant Groups 4 - 6] are currently estimated at around EUR 1.1 million / net.
Completion is currently scheduled for the 3rd / 4th quarter of 2028, taking into account the interruption (budgetary).
Technical equipment - ALG 1 - 3 and 8The order includes freelance planning services.
The following services are to be awarded:
- Lot 1: Technical equipment (service phases 1 - 9 according to HOAI § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15, plant groups 1 - 3 and 8 incl. technical equipment in the outdoor facilities, as well as special services).
The required services are based on the service profiles of the HOAI. The client reserves the right to place orders in stages.
Technical equipment - ALG 4 - 6The order includes freelance planning services.
The following services are to be awarded:
