Project planning for traffic facilities (LPH 1-3) with noise and pollutant reports and country maintenance.
The regional branch in Lower Rhine is planning to build the new B 528n between the B 510 and the L 476 (2nd construction phase). The measure is classified in the current requirement plan for federal highways of December 23, 2016 as "urgent need" and is included in the 2012 Investment Framework Plan (IRP), part of federal highways.
The second construction phase has a total length of approx. 4.4 km and runs south of the town of Kamp-Lintfort in the Wesel district. The preliminary design for the new construction of the second section of the B 528n was created in 2007. Some guidelines have been updated in recent years so that the preliminary draft will be adapted to new guidelines. The contractor must develop the object planning for the traffic facility in service phase 3 and, in some cases, service phases 2 and 4.
The technical technical contribution as well as the air pollution report are to be drawn up.
As part of the draft, a landscape management plan (LBP) with a species protection contribution is to be drawn up, taking into account the fauna report from 2020. The species conservation contribution from 2007 and the biotope type mapping from 2001 must be updated as part of the process.
In addition to the LBP, an EIA report according to § 16 UVPG and the technical contribution to the EC Water Framework Directive (WFD) must be prepared as part of the approval.
