The city of Nuremberg intends to renovate and convert two former school buildings at Fürther Str. 352 and 354 in Nuremberg-Muggenhof. In the future, the buildings will be used as social and office buildings for employees of the Nuremberg municipal drainage system. The two buildings are two listed buildings built between 1890 and 1900. The subject of the tender is the plastering and insulation work inside the building. (interior insulation with mineral foam panels, interior wall plaster)

Lot 2 includes work for the building E12 - Fürther Straße 352.
