The purpose of this consultation is to carry out mandatory periodic checks and inspections in establishments open to the public. The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is made in application of Articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Code of public order. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms. It has two separate lots.

This consultation is carried out within the framework of a grouping of orders in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the public order code with the following bodies: local public cultural establishment.

Mandatory verifications and controls for ERP and establishments subject to the labor code: minimum annual amount: none - maximum annual amount: 120,000.00 EUR excluding tax. EPLC: minimum annual amount: without - maximum annual amount: EUR 15,000.00 excluding tax).

A site visit is mandatory. The offer of a candidate who did not make this visit will be declared irregular.
