The subject of the order includes the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners from the Rychwał Municipality and the collection and development of municipal waste from the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Rychwale on Żurawin Street.
Detailed description of the object of the order is specified in Annex 6 to the SWZ
The object of the order is the collection and development of the municipal waste from properties located within the Rychwał Municipality where residents live in a manner that ensures the achievement of adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), records of the Provincial Economy Plan Waste for the Greater Poland Voivodeship for 2016-2022 with annexes and regulations of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Rychwał Municipality. Municipal waste received from inhabited property the Contractor is obliged to transfer in accordance with Article 9e (1) of the Law on Maintenance of Purity and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021 item item 888 as amended).
The Contractor will be required to transfer collected from property owners of inhabited non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and biodegradable waste (including green waste) to the Municipal Waste Processing Installation. Other waste received, the Contractor shall be required to use in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Maintenance of Cleanness and Order in Municipalities and the Waste Act.
Equipment for the collection of municipal waste mixed for inhabited properties (containers, bags) will be provided by property owners.
Selective waste collection bags and waste containers in the form of household hearths are provided by the Contractor calculating their cost in the price of the offer. For the interested owners of the inhabited property, the Contractor shall, for the duration of the contract, make available facilities for the collection of waste mixed on a regulated basis between the Contractor and the owner of the property through a separate civil-legal agreement. These devices will be set up at waste collection sites on days indicated by the property owner with the provision that the container and bags should be issued to the border of the property with the public road. In the case of properties lying near narrow, unpaved, ground or “hard-to-passable” roads, the contractor should have various types of vehicles in order to ensure the proper provision of services. This also applies to new properties if they come up during the execution of the order. Containers can be plastic, metal, new or used. The Contractor shall supply the Contractor, by the end of the month preceding the next month, with a reserve of bags for selective waste collection in the following quantity: 100 blue, 150 yellow, 100 green and 100 brown. The first delivery of bags should be provided by December 31, 2021.
