The project concerns the conversion to apartments of an apartment building in Hjällbo, Gothenburg. The project includes a slatted building consisting of four stairwells with six apartments per stairwell, i.e. 24 apartments in total, operating spaces, storage rooms, etc. All apartments are 4 RoK. New roof construction, changes to shelters and new entrances with some ground measures are carried out and total refreshment of facades. The project is a turnkey contract.
