The procurement relates to framework agreements for contract inspections, where the following roles are covered:

Inspector – Pipe

Besiktningsman – Luftbehandling/ventilation

Assistant Inspector - Elevator

Besiktningsman - The

Inspector - Control and monitoring

Inspector – Sheet metal (includes waterproofing and roofing)

Besiktningsman - Fiber/bredbandsinstallationer

Besiktningsman – Stupid

Inspector - Facade

Assignments will be called off if necessary. In connection with call-offs, it will be specified which stage and steps are to be carried out.

The framework agreement will be signed for a period of two years from the signing of the contract with an option for an extension of 1 year + 1 year. The maximum length of the framework agreement is therefore four years.

Framework agreements will, if possible, be signed with two suppliers. The client intends to place orders for approximately SEK 3.5 million per year. However, estimated volumes do not indicate a commitment or estimated contract volume.

The estimated volume for the framework agreement with all extensions is SEK 14 million. The ceiling volume for the framework agreement is SEK 15 million.

The client reserves the right to procure individual projects separately.
