The Internet presence of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León is carried out mainly through a series of web portals that are hosted in a corporate framework for the creation and development of web portals, known as the Single Administrative System (SIAU). It is necessary to carry out a centralized technical maintenance of the technological tools on which this presence of the ACCyL on the Internet is based, which includes support services, evolution, adaptations and management of these. It is also necessary to provide training and support services to its end users. According to ORDER PRE/584/2022, of May 27, which develops the organic structure of the central services of the Ministry of the Presidency, the Transparency and Reuse of Information Service, belonging to the General Directorate of Transparency and Good Governance, corresponds to the functions related to the direction and coordination of the SIAU, as well as the training and support of the personnel of the publication units, and those of participation in the exploitation, maintenance and technical updating of the hardware and software infrastructure for the development of the aforementioned functions. On the other hand, framed in the Open Government Model launched since 2012 by the Junta de Castilla y León, are the actions in the field of open data that the ACCyL has been developing mainly through the portals: open data portal (https://datosabiertos.jcyl.es) and open data analysis portal (https://analisisdatosabiertos.jcyl.es). These actions have evolved a lot in recent years, so support, development and maintenance services are required, which ensure the constant evolution and availability of the solutions required by the management centers, and by citizens. As stated in the aforementioned ORDER PRE/584/2022, the Transparency and Reuse of Information Service is also responsible for the functions related to the design, promotion, coordination and supervision of actions in the field of open data and reuse of information, as well as the development and management of technological tools that allow the development of these functions.
