Task 55067 14. WOG Poznań "Construction of two warehouses of combat agents type ECM 7 Bar". Development of project documentation.

The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimation documentation along with the author's supervision and answering questions for the tender for works for task 55067 POZNAŃ - BIEDRUSKO 14 WOG K-8637 "Construction of two warehouses of combat agents type ECM 7 Bar"

A detailed description of the scope of works of the above-mentioned investment task subject to the following elaboration is included in the Investment Program.

The material scope of the study should include:

• construction of two warehouses of combat agents type ECM 7 bar with a building area with an embankment of 1743 m2 and a usable area of 600 m2 each, divided into two chambers (to be considered by the designer, the possibility of dividing into 4 – four, each of approx. 150 m2 due to the observance of regulations on common storage, taking into account the compatibility groups of class V means of supply;

• separation of the warehouseman's workplace (approx. 10 m2) in both warehouses;

• the use of electric heating in both warehouses in each chamber, regulated by a thermostat;

• protection of power connection - approx. 400 m;

• construction of an access road (approx. 3000 m2) and a maneuvering area (approx. 3000 m2) allowing for free maneuvering of low-loader sets – Annex 1 to PI;

• separation of two parking spaces;

• lighting of the access road and maneuvering area;

• execution of road drainage and maneuvering area;

• tree felling - the number of trees to be felled will be determined on the basis of the dentropological inventory carried out;

• ICT and telecommunications connection for each warehouse to be led from building no. 1, estimated distance (length of cables/wires) about 2500 m;

a) 8J single-mode fiber optic cable (8 fibers per 1 magazine):

- in building No. 1 finish at the building distribution point. Terminate the cables in the existing fiber optic distribution frame;

- in newly built buildings, finish in distribution cabinets with a height of 22U; fiber optic distribution frame in 19" standard (8xLC/PC MM);

b) Copper telephone cable with a capacity of 10 pairs (10 pairs per building):

- on building No. 1 finish in the existing cabinet with LSA connectors (syst.

CROWN);

- in newly built buildings, finish in distribution cabinets on

phone panel patch.

• execution of two-hole telecommunication ducts – about 500 running meters;

• equipment in each of the warehouses, in the warehouseman's workplace, 2 PEL and 3RJ45;

- structured cabling (horizontal and vertical), distribution points and their equipment in accordance with the "Recommendations for the design and construction of ICT installations and networks in the Ministry of National Defence" issued by NCBC;

- the teletechnical duct system planned to be built should be designed and constructed in accordance with the Defense Standard NO-58-A223 "Military facilities. Telecommunications ducting';

As part of the preparation of documentation, the Contractor is obliged to perform:

1. Design and cost estimate documentation for the material scope included in the approved program:

a. construction project.

b. detailed designs for each of the branches separately.

c. Design and cost estimate documentation should be prepared in accordance with

with the "Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25.04.2012 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project" (Journal of Laws of 27.04.2012, item 462), as well as in accordance with the "Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2 September 2004 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program" (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1129).

d. fire safety instruction in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 7 June 2010 (Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 109, item 719).

2. The documentation produced shall be agreed
