In the town of Aschersleben, the construction of a residential complex as well as a commercial unit is planned on the backwidth 5-7 property. Ascherslebener Building- und Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH is owned This is the client for the planned construction project. The planned new construction project is divided into three buildings with a total of 20 residential units as well as a commercial unit and an underground car park. The formerly existing development was essentially cleared up. Remains of the buildings may still be left in the building plot. The aim is to close the street front again and restore the historic street space or inner-city fabric. The plot size is 1,882 square meters. The district will receive a total of between 20-25 parking spaces in an underground car park. The underground car park is reached via a driveway in the ground floor at the back width. The documents for the building permit have been coordinated in cooperation with historical preservation and urban planning and are currently in preparation.
The subject of the planning task described here should be the services of service phases 5 to 9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI.
Building planning Service phases 5 to 9 according to § 34 HOAI. Service content should be basic services of the individual service phases in accordance with Appendix 10 (to § 34 paragraph 1, § 35 paragraph 6) HOAI. A detailed description of work can be found in the attached contract model.
Based on Appendix 10 HOAI, residential and commercial buildings are to be assigned to Honorarzone III.
It is intended to carry out a gradual order:
— stage 1: service phases 5 and partial performance 6 (HU construction) according to § 34 HOAI,
— Stage 2: Service phases 6 to 9 according to § 34 HOAI.
Special services:
— preparation of a household document construction (HU Bau) in accordance with funding guidelines of the funding program,
— preparation and dispatching of costs for an award relevant allocation,
— Creation of interim references and end-use list, as well as funds releases.
