The buildings to be cleaned under this specification are listed in Annex D.

A list of the rooms to be cleaned with the respective surfaces is added in Annex D. In some schools, a mix of own staff and external cleaning service is used. If a room is not included in the list of premises, the tenderer may assume that it does not need to be maintained by them.

The floor plans with the premises on are provided to the tenderer for the site visit so that he can already form an overall picture for the site visit.

The assignment consists of 3 items:

1. Annual periodic cleaning of the buildings of school group SCOOP

2. annual major clean-up of the buildings in heading 1

3. Ad hoc replacements of internal staff and additional assignments on request
