Description:

Project management for the new construction of offices in Marseille, including underground parking spaces, with various phases from preliminary design to construction execution management and coordination of fire safety system.

Project management for the new construction of offices in R+2 and parking spaces in the basement (rue Albe, 13004 Marseille)

The overall project consists of the new construction of R+2 offices as well as underground parking spaces.

Estimated budget: EUR 2,721,550.00 excl. VAT

The tasks entrusted to the incumbent are as follows:

- Phase 1 : Esquisse (left) ;

- Phase 2: Preliminary design (APS);

- Phase 3: Final Preliminary Design (APD);

- Phase 4: project studies (Pro);

- Phase 5: Assistance with the award of works contracts (Amt);

- Phase 6: total execution and synthesis studies (Total Exe including Visa);

- Phase 7: Construction Execution Management (Det);

- Phase 8: Scheduling, Steering and Coordination (OPC);

- Phase 9: Assistance with receiving operations (Aor including Doe);

- Phase 10: Coordination of the fire safety system (CSSI) - additional mission.
