The subject of the contract is the purchase of arrays and mass storage.

The Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract in question

in Article 214 (1), points 7 and 8 of the Act.

The Contracting Authority stipulates that it may first examine and evaluate the tenders,

and then make the qualification of the contractor's subject.

The Contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of PLN 30,000.00 (in words: thirty thousand zlotys 00/100 zlotys). The requirements for the bid bond are described in Chapter 7 of the SWZ.

The contracting authority does not require any security on due performance of the contract.
