The subject of the contract is the provision by the contractor for the client of ad hoc services consisting of driving the client's bus vehicles, as part of regular passenger transport in public transport in the Municipality of Szczecin and neighboring municipalities, as well as additional activities resulting from the implementation of these tasks in the period from 01.01.2020 to December 31, 2020
The subject of the contract is the provision by the contractor for the contracting party of ad hoc services consisting of driving the contracting authority's bus vehicles as part of the contracting authority's transport tasks carried out by the contracting authority and additional activities resulting from the implementation of these tasks and performed at the contracting authority's depot, e.g. driving vehicles by civil liability positions , car wash, refueling vehicles, entering and leaving vehicles for repair channels.

The subject of the contract is the provision by the contractor of ad hoc services for the contracting authority consisting of driving the contracting authority's bus vehicles as part of regular passenger transport in public transport in the Municipality of Szczecin and neighboring municipalities, as well as additional activities resulting from the implementation of these tasks in the period from 01.01 .2020 to December 31, 2020.
2. Provision by the contractor for the contracting authority of driving services of the contracting authority shall take place within the framework of transport tasks or additional activities specified by the contracting authority, within specified deadlines and in the dimension resulting from the received graphics and confirmed in the content of each demand.
3. The subject of the contract is the provision by the contractor of ad hoc services for the contracting authority consisting in driving the contracting authority's bus vehicles as part of the contracting authority's transport tasks carried out by the contracting authority and additional activities resulting from the implementation of these tasks, and performed at the contracting authority's depot, e.g. driving vehicles by OC stands, a car wash, refueling vehicles, entering and leaving vehicles for repair channels.
4. The contractor will be obliged to operate the communication lines served by the contracting authority, ie:
- fast: A, B, C, F, G and H, - normal: 54, 55, 56, 61, 62, 64, 65, 66, 71, 72, 73, 77, 79, 84, 91, 93, 94, 96 and 97, - at night: 533, 534
Or other lines put into service by the contracting authority, by the Organizer of public transport on behalf of the City of Szczecin. In addition, the contracting authority provides transport on employee lines and occasional transport. The Employer has about 100 vehicles to service the aforementioned line.
The above mentioned services will take place in hours consistent with the timetable of the lines mentioned.
5. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform other transport than those listed above as part of the demand placed by the contracting authority or other additional activities in the contracting authority's depot, and indicated in the order issued by the contracting authority, e.g. driving vehicles through OC stands, a car wash, refueling vehicles, entering and leaving. vehicles for repair channels.
6. Accepting and returning the ordering bus will take place according to individual arrangements: on the premises of the ordering party's depot in Szczecin at ul. Struga 10 or at bus stops (intermediate or final) set in the schedule, according to the schedule for a given day of driver service.
7. Contractors' drivers will be obliged to use organizational and order procedures binding at the contracting authority, and specified in the contract constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.
