See II.2.4

The purpose of this contract is to conduct the technical installations, supply products for the maintenance, treatment and filtration of pool water and sanitary water and the total guarantee of all the technical installations of the pool, including the administrative part, the cafeteria and the concierge.

By conducting technical installations, it is understood that:

- preventive and curative maintenance of thermal installations;

- preventive and curative maintenance of technical installations;

- the conduct and monitoring of these installations and the eventual implementation of an investment plan.

The total warranty includes:

- the full guarantee of thermal installations;

- the total guarantee of technical installations.

The supply of products for the maintenance, treatment and filtration of pool water and sanitary water as defined in the technical clauses.
