The subject of the contract is "Extension of the provincial road No. 454 in the city of Warsaw. Krogulna" in accordance with the terms of the tender specifications.

1. The subject of the contract is ,,Expansion of dr woj no. 454 in the city of Warsaw. Krogulna" according to the terms of the SWZ.

The order is to extend the section dr woj No. 454 class G from km 33+637.00 to km 35+500.00 located in the area of Krogulna and Zieleniec. The investment is located in the Opolskie Voivodeship in the Namysłów Poviat, in the Pokój Commune.

2. The planned scope of works includes:

- expand dr woj nr 454 (class G) on the section from km 33+637,00 to km 35+500,00,

- reconstruction of the intersection of dr woj no. 454 with the municipal road no. DG 101612 O,

- reconstruction of the intersection of dr woj no. 454 with the municipal road no. DG 101614 O,

- Construction of sidewalks,

- construction of a pedestrian-bicycle path,

- construction of bus bays,

- construction of roadsides,

- construction and reconstruction of individual and public conventions,

- execution of a new bituminous surface,

- construction of the drainage system dr: road ditches, culverts, rainwater drainage, drains with outlets to ditches,

- installation of road traffic devices,

- reconstruction of engineering facilities,

- protection of the breeding pond and DW 454 against adverse interactions,

- construction of lighting for pedestrian crossings and bus bays,

- reconstruction of the existing power and telecommunication network,

- Construction of a technology channel,

- removal of conflicting greenery.

3. Due to the different mode of implementation, the investment was divided into two scopes of works:

Scope 1:

1. Execution of works of buildings for the extension of dr woj no. 454 based on the dock received from zamaw. proj, SST and ZRID decision in the scope of:

1.1 preparatory work:

- a photo of the humus layer,

- felling of conflicting trees and shrubs,

1.2 demolition works:

- dismantling of the existing bituminous surface,

- dismantling the surface of existing exits,

- dismantling of concrete and stone curbs and concrete edging,

- dismantling of existing engineering structures,

1.3 road works:

- execution of a new bituminous surface,

- making pavements of concrete paving stones (platforms at bus bays),

- making a pedestrian and bicycle path,

- execution of fortified roadsides,

- execution of the surface of exits made of paving concrete and asphalt concrete,

- arrangement of curbs and edging,

- construction and reconstruction of drainage ditches,

- construction of pedestrian crossings,

- installation of balustrades and protective barriers,

- the making of new vertical and horizontal markings,

1.4 industry robots:

- construction of rainwater drainage,

- construction of street lighting – lighting of pedestrian crossings and bus bays,

- reconstruction of the existing power grid,

- reconstruction of the existing teletechnical network,

- construction of a technological channel.

Range 2:

2. Preparation of optimization of the proj dock, as well as execution of works in the field of:

- road culverts under dr woj nr 454

- protection of the breeding pond and DW 454 against mutual adverse interactions in km 34+366.30 to 34+550.07

2.1 Develop a proj dock in accordance with the assumptions indicated in the PFU and perform construction works based on an optimized proj dock, as well as exercising author's supervision. You need to optimize the design:

a) culverts under Dr. Woj No. 454:

- culvert at km 33+946.53 – on a drainage ditch without a name,

- culvert in km 34+659.12 – on the MŁ3 drainage ditch,

- culvert in km 34+703.15 – on the Młynówka canal,

- culvert in km 34+753.25 – on the SR-12 drainage ditch,

- culvert in km 35+336.64 – on the SR-12 drainage ditch.

Order. allows optimization of culverts both in terms of material and in terms of technology of their execution, including foundation.

b) protect the breeding pond and Dr. Woj No. 454 against mutual adverse effects in km 34+366.30 to 34+550.07.

It is permissible to change the form of protection, geometry, structure, material, location and foundation.

2.2 Execution of construction works based on an optimized proj dock.

2.3 Exercising author's supervision over the developed optimized techn dock and cooperation with the podm exercising author's supervision over the proj dock, which is not subject to optimization.
