Tender information

KHT as part of First Ark Group is looking for a single contractor to provide installation work for communal doors and door entry systems across multiple locations within the Merseyside area.

Services initially required under this contract are expected to be for around 450 low rise blocks of flats, 7 Mid Rise blocks of flats, 5 Maisonettes and 12 Multi Storey blocks of flats that all have communal door entry systems and security doors. The door entry systems are a mixture of Broadway, Comsec, Telguard, Videx, SRS. Approximately 80 sites have our new specification door and GDX access control systems. Over the forthcoming years we will be replacing approximately 24 doors and systems per year. All multi storey and mid rise blocks have the new specification doors and systems already installed so the majority of installations are expected to be to low rise properties.
