A new sports campus with a sports hall and outdoor sports areas will be built in 3 construction phases in Mauerstetten. The first section to be realized (from August 2019) is the hall including parking spaces. The outdoor sports areas in the south are to be realized at a later date.

In the basement, the building consists of a 3-field hall with equipment room, 3 double changing rooms and 2 multi-purpose rooms, each approx. 160 m 2nd which can also be accessed externally via a deep courtyard. On the ground floor are the outside changing rooms (facing south towards the newly planned sports areas), several office rooms as well as the grandstand with a sports club for up to 400 people and a catering kitchen.

The building is constructed as a reinforced concrete structure with a metal roof on a wooden structure and a ventilated wooden facade as the outer skin. Typical building styles are cited both externally and internally.

- about 640 m 2nd Surface sealing on floor surfaces;

- approx. 1,000 m 2nd Floor tiles (R10A + B);

- approx. 400 m base tiles;

- approx. 600 m 2nd Wall tiles (including smaller colored patches);

- approx. 40 pieces of stair tread in 1.4 m width.
