European Public tender procedure for the provision of restorative catering for the company restaurant at the municipality of Stichtse Vecht.

The assignment consists of providing lunches at the town hall of Stichtse Vecht for approximately 340 daily potential lunch users. The municipality of Stichtse Vecht wishes to contract a basic range at prices set by Stichtse Vecht. In addition, she wants an additional, luxurious range. The luxury range may be freely filled in by the Registrant, so entrepreneurship is expected from the Tenderer. At the moment, lunch for meeting location Boom & Bosch in Breukelen is provided by a local caterer, under the direction of the current contractor. In the desired situation, the new caterer will once again, as main contractor, manage a local caterer for Boom & Bosch, including the financial settlement.

Within the tender, there is the takeover of personnel from the current caterer by the new (yet to be contracted) caterer.

Outside the scope of this assignment is:

• Coffee (beans) is outside the scope of the tender, an agreement has already been concluded for this.

• The provision of refreshments for certain events is outside the scope of the tender, this is provided by the ushers. This concerns events in which the ushers are present, including: information meetings, certain celebrations, etc. If the use of catering is desired, a request for this will be submitted to the catering in good time.

• Kitchen appliances. This is already present on location and owned by the municipality. The kitchen appliances are made available;

• Vending machines for hot and cold drinks, an agreement has already been concluded for this;

• Vending machine for refreshments and refreshments.
