The purpose of the consultation is to provide catering services for staff of agricultural establishments and other public establishments located in the office building called " Arborial" located in Montreuil (93100) - 12 rue Henri ROL-TANGUY or having an access agreement

The catering services expected under the contract cover: - the provision of meals in restaurants and their distribution in the form of "scramble" or "kiosks"; - the provision of quick services and cafeteria served in the cafeteria; - meals served at the table at the "Club Arborial" restaurant; - the provision of a "connected fridge" type service; - the provision of takeaway services such as "click & collect"; - the provision of food waste services; - the organization of management (supply, servicing, maintenance, collection ...) .
