1. The subject of the present proceedings is to act as a contract engineer for the task called: Reconstruction of Krakowska Street on the section from Barska Street to Siewna Street in Łódź.

2. The Ordering Party described the subject of the contract in points 1 and 1.1. SWZ and in Annex 1 to SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract.

1. The subject of the present proceedings is to act as a contract engineer for the task entitled:"Reconstruction of Krakowska Street on the section from Barska Street to Siewna Street in Łódź", in accordance with the following division:

Task 1

Repairs of roads constituting detours during the reconstruction of Krakowska Street:

- Fizylierów Street section from Złotno Street to Spadochroniarzy Street,

- Spadochroniarzy Street, the section from Fizylierów Street to Biegunowa Street,

- Biegunowa Street section from Spadochroniarzy Street towards Krańcowa Street

- Michałowicza Street section from Krańcowa Street to Zyndrama Street

2.
