1. The object of the contract is the implementation of the service of fulfilling the duties of multi-industry investor supervision of construction works carried out at the Stanisław Moniuszko State School of Music in Grudziądz.

2. The Contractor, taking into account the scope of conducted construction works, is to ensure the participation of sectoral supervision inspectors possessing appropriate authorizations in the number and time range, necessary for the proper implementation of all supervised construction works.

3. Supporting information:

(a) the estimated value of the works affected by investor supervision was determined at PLN 2,908 952,10;

b) The scope of works performed by the Contractor is specified in detail by:

- construction project,

- executive project,

- technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works,

- bill of quantities.

As part of the function of a supervision inspector, the basic duties include in particular:

(a) the fulfillment of the obligations assigned to the Investor Supervisor in the contract for the implementation of construction works (Annex No 10 to SWZ);

b) supervising the execution of works and their financing in accordance with the work schedule;

c) participation in technical, problem and other meetings organized by all parties to the investment process, including those convened on the initiative of the Employer's representative;

d) storage of documentation related to the implementation of the project, preparation of correspondence projects related to ongoing works for the administration and control bodies;

(e) initiating or opining proposals for amendments to the contract or the implementation of additional works (Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp), including verification of the necessity of their implementation, compliance with the provisions of law, preparation of the necessary documentation. To the same extent, the Contractor will be obliged if replacement solutions and materials are required, or if defects in the design documentation are disclosed.

f) taking all actions enabling proper implementation of the works;

g) conducting technical supervision over the implementation of works in accordance with the Building Law;

h) performing coordination functions at the construction site;

i) managing a team of industry supervising inspectors;

j) permanent consultation and professional advice to the investor;

k) timely preparation of documents necessary for settlements with the Contractor of construction works, including the development of settlement documents, reports and other documents required for the implementation of works, cooperation in this respect with the Investor, designer and Contractor of construction works;

l) taking all necessary actions to protect the interests of the investor;

m) within 1 year of the final acceptance of construction works, supporting the Employer's activities aimed at fulfilling the obligations of the Contractor of construction works resulting from the guarantee and warranty;

n) supervising conducted construction works in accordance with art. 25, 26 and 27 of the Construction Law and principles of operation of the Supervision Inspector.
