Competitive tendering of the electricity sales contract between the wellbeing services county of South Karelia and Etelä-Karjalan Sairaalaparkki Oy, as a result of which the margins and contract terms of the electricity supplier are agreed. Electrical energy is billed monthly and its price consists of the seller's margins, hourly spot delivery and the settlement of power-based price fixations made to reduce price risk, the current volume fee for production and consumption of the balancing service by the transmission system operator Fingrid, and Datahub's current site-specific charges.
