This framework agreement concerns the conclusion of contracts relating to compulsory and optional construction insurance in the field of Damage to Work (DO), All Risk Construction (TRC), Non-Builder Non-Builder (CNR) and Collective Ten-Year Liability Contract (CCRD), as well as guarantees related to real estate development.

OPHEA acts as coordinator of the grouping formed by the grouping agreement dated October 11, 2023 between Ophéa, Habitation Moderne and OPIDIA.
