This RFP has been split into 4 logical Work Packages and Suppliers are invited to bid on 1, multiple or all of the elements within it depending on best fit to their capability. The 4 Work Packages are:

— Managed WAN and Internet Connectivity;

— Managed Video Conferencing;

— SIP connectivity service including migration;

— Managed Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Service.

NBIM requires a solution that will support its current environment but will also future-proof its infrastructure to support its evolving business needs. It is, therefore, important to note that the success criteria of this tender and subsequent programme are:

— Deliver a future-proof network infrastructure to support business growth and technology evolution;

— Increased service performance across the Network, Video and Voice through:

i. Improved Latency for global locations;

ii. Enhanced SLAs and effective service credit mechanisms;

iii. Improved resilience and recovery times;

iv. Increased bandwidth and capacity across all sites;

— Reduce like-for-like operational costs for network connectivity, voice and video;

— Protect the business against the ever-increasing risk of cyber attack.
