The invitation to tender applies to the delivery of emptying of sludge, framework agreement for the municipalities of Hol, Ål, Gol, Hemsedal, Nesbyen and Flå.
The assignment is divided in three lots:
Emptying with mobile dewatering (all municipalities except for Ål municipality)
Emptying with a conventional sludge suction vehicle (all municipalities)
Suction, flushing, and camera inspection services (all municipalities minus Ål municipality)
Tenders for all 3 lots or just one or two of lots may be submitted.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Previously, the contracting authority has procured services for NOK 8,500,000 excluding VAT per year in recent years.
Estimated value per lot: 1. NOK 2,000,000. 2. NOK 6,000,000. 3. NOK 500,000.
The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
Maximum value including any options and expected price increases: NOK 45,000,000 excluding VAT.

Framework agreement
The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The contracting authority shall enter into an agreement with 1 tenderer, possibly 2 or 3 tenderers. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
