New construction of the vocational school centre in Constance - Sanitary and dry fire extinguishing systems Building GT1

Service description sanitary, dry fire extinguishing systems includes the following services:

Workshop Building Area (GT):

- Drinking water system consisting of approx. 850 m stainless steel pipe incl. insulation and approx. 70 m metal composite pipe incl. insulation

- Dirty water pipe made of PP approx. 490 m

- Rainwater pipe made of PE approx. 90 m incl. condensation water insulation

- Pressure boosting system due to the low supply pressure

- Dry fire extinguishing system, approx. 35 m stainless steel pipe and 4 extraction devices, feed-in takes place centrally at the central building. The buried pipeline is installed by the shell construction trade

Central compressed air system for supplying the workshop area in GT 1 with compressed air for machine connections and workstations.

Compressed air system consisting of:

- Central air compressor, air flow approx. 1 m³/min

- Kondensatabscheider

- Refrigeration dryer for drying the air

- Compressed air tank, volume 2000 litres

- Compressed air pipeline made of stainless steel, pipe length approx. 750 meters

- Approx. 40 tapping points for machines and workstations
