The purpose of this consultation is to carry out development and maintenance work on the roads and outbuildings in the town of Brunoy (91800).

This contract is treated in two lots:

- lot 1: maintenance work and surface coating of the roads and outbuildings in the town of Brunoy;

- lot 2: works relating to the multiannual program of major repairs and new road works in the town of Brunoy. Economic operators can only tender for one lot. Each lot will be the subject of a contract awarded to a single economic operator. Each contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with order forms, in application of articles R. 2162-2 to -6, and R. 2162-13 and -14 of the public order code. The duration of each contract covered by this consultation is one year from the date of notification. It is renewable three times, for one year, by tacit renewal, on its anniversary date, its total duration not exceeding four years.
