The procurement of a multi-party framework to provide multi disciplinary design and advisory services in support of the design and delivery of new buildings in the Abbey Quarter, Kilkenny.

The multi-party Framework Agreement of integrated design teams will be established comprising the following disciplines:

(a) architect services (incl. design team leads);

(b) civil and structural engineering services;

(c) quantity surveying services;

(d) building services engineering and associated specialist skills;

(e) project supervisor for the design process.
