The services relate to the services of representation and fire safety, property and / or personal safety as described in the book of specific technical clauses (CCTP) and the unit price schedule (BPU).
Are excluded from the market, SSIAP and security services during events in places or establishments already having their own security service or if another company is the holder of a current contract.
However, the entity reserves the right to call on the contractor to reinforce current staff.
The consultation will give rise to a mono-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders, in application of article R. 2162-4.3

La Maison du Boulanger: annual estimated amount 172,000 EUR HT + Ille de Troyes: annual estimated amount 104,000 EUR HT + Troyes Champagne Métropole: annual estimated amount 40,000 EUR HT + CMAS de Troyes: annual estimated amount 25,000 EUR (HT) .
This framework agreement will be treated at unit prices on the basis of a schedule of unit prices according to the quantities actually executed.
In accordance with article L. 2113-11 of the public procurement code, breaking down into lots could make it technically more difficult and financially more expensive to perform the services. Indeed, it seems more coherent to have the same service provider carry out the different missions imposed within this market (SSIAP, security officer, inspection round, etc.) especially during the same event. The presence of several agents from different incumbent companies would complicate the coordination of operations.
