The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance services to TELT's sites in Italy.

This public contract is a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum and with

a maximum amount of EUR 430,000.00 excl. VAT over the total duration of the contract (including renewal), in application of the

Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code.

This public contract is awarded in accordance with an open adapted procedure, pursuant to Articles L.2123-1

And Articles R.2123-1, R.2123-4 to R.2123-6 of the French Public Procurement Code.

This framework agreement is the subject of a single package

The purpose of this public contract is to provide ordinary planned maintenance (MOP) and maintenance services on request (in the event of breakdown/damage and with possible supply of equipment), for TELT's buildings and adjoining sites in Italy.

The purpose of the services provided for in this public contract is to maintain TELT's buildings and adjoining sites in Italy with their structures and equipment in good working order, in order to ensure in the working environment:

- compliance with current safety and environmental regulations;

- the sustainability of the facilities;

- building security;

- functionality;
