1. The subject of the contract states:
1) delivery, assembly and commissioning of 42 pcs of photovoltaic installations in the Municipality of Wąbrzeźno - with powers and locations in accordance with the Annex to the SWZ;
2) delivery, installation and commissioning of 3 pieces of heat pump installation on the territory of the Municipality of Wąbrzeźno - with powers and locations in accordance with the Annex to SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract states:
1) delivery, assembly and commissioning of 42 pcs of photovoltaic installations in the Municipality of Wąbrzeźno - with powers and locations in accordance with the Annex to the SWZ;
2) delivery, installation and commissioning of 3 pieces of heat pump installation on the territory of the Municipality of Wąbrzeźno - with powers and locations in accordance with the Annex to SWZ.
2. In the execution of the subject of the contract, the contractor is obliged to make the first start of photovoltaic installations and heat pumps and to carry out all the tests, tests, inspections, measurements and technical receipts necessary for the transfer for use photovoltaic installations and heat pumps.
3. In the case of photovoltaic installations, as part of the execution of the object of the contract, the contractor shall be obliged to prepare and transmit to the user all necessary documents required by the right to notify and connect the PV plant to the power grid.
4. The Contractor is obliged to agree with individual users the installation/pumps the timing of installation and first start of photovoltaic installations and heat pumps (user contact details will be provided to the selected contractor) and to report the readiness of the connection resulting
under the concluded installation agreement for the power grid to ENERGA Rotation.
5. A detailed description of the object of the order is included in the accompanying SWZ:
(a) implementation projects for individual locations for photovoltaic installations - 42 pcs. — Annex No 8,
(b) implementing projects for individual heat poms — 3 pcs. — Annex No 9
(c) detailed technical specifications for delivery separately for heat pumps
and photovoltaic panels - 2 pcs. — Annex No 10,
(d) items separately for heat pumps and photovoltaic panels - 2 pcs which are auxiliary (supplementary) material to facilitate the contractor to scale the flat offer price, including the execution of the object of the contract, Annex No 11.
6. When drawing up the offer, be guided by the description of the item of the order specified
in this specification and other annexes forming an integral part thereof.
7. The goods offered are to be factory new, unused and not exhibited at exhibitions or trade fair events, technically efficient, safe, complete and ready for work,
and must comply with the technically - functional requirements described in this specification and the Annexes, which are an integral part of the specification.
8. The Contractor shall give the Ordering Authority a quality guarantee for the whole - a set of supplied, mounted and running photovoltaic and heat pumps. The quality guarantee period declared by the contractor in the tender form is a criterion for the evaluation of tenders submitted.
9. In addition, the Contracting Authority requires that the photovoltaic module supplied and installed in the PV installation has a minimum 12 year warranty of the manufacturer for operational efficiency and an inverter of a minimum 3 year warranty of the manufacturer for operational efficiency.
10. In addition, the Contracting Authority requires that the heat pumps delivered and installed as part of the installation have a minimum 2 year warranty of the manufacturer for performance.
11. In addition, the Contracting Authority requires the contractor to produce a post-built audit under which it will measure the parameters and show, inter alia, the energy effect.
