On behalf of its customers, the AG operates a Fibre Channel-based central storage system. This system includes multiple storage systems spread across two locations. Expansion of the existing storage infrastructure with two new systems per site.

The components to be offered are listed in the appendix.

The configuration and installation is carried out by trained specialists of the client.

The components offered must fit into the existing storage infrastructure.

When submitting an offer, proof must be provided that the products are purchased from a distributor or partner certified in Germany (no OEM, re-import or grey market goods). The proof must be enclosed.

Only brand-new goods with up-to-date software may be offered. It is always necessary to offer the latest available product or device generation. Proof must be enclosed (official confirmation by the manufacturer) or equivalent.

All products offered must comply with the applicable legal regulations (VDE, TÜV, FTZ, EMV, GTA, ISO) in the current version as well as the relevant currently applicable international and national standards. All components to be used must have the CE conformity marking in accordance with the law on the electromagnetic compatibility of devices (EMVG).

If products are offered that have already been discontinued at the time the offer is submitted or have the status “End of Sale (EOS)” or “End of Life (EOL)”, the customer must be explicitly informed of this.
