Hattfjelldal Kommune [Hattfjelldal Municipality] wants to enter into a framework agreement for fibre work (welding, blasting, etc.) for 2 years with the opportunity to extend for up to an additional 2 years.

The municipality has expanded the fibre network to the residents over multiple years and is continuing with this. The method is based on the customers doing the installation work themselves and the municipality will provide the materials and technical work. However, the scope of these projects is such that the municipality's crew does not have the capacity to perform all of the work with fibres themselves.
