Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as suspending operations tables indicated in individual rows describing the subject of the order. Increased corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreases do not mean complete abandonment of some works. They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not initially indicated in the Terms of Reference), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area , within the total amounts of individual works falling within the Subject Matter of the Agreement specified in the ToR, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of some elements of the contract being carried out during the performance of the subject of the contract may also occur in order to implement the full scope of work described in the subject of the contract.
