In the present tender, the Contracting Entity wishes to obtain a tender for a framework agreement on the provision of damage service to the City of Copenhagen.
The contractual contract contract requirements are set out in the draft contract (Annex A), while the requirements for the benefit are detailed in the technical specification (Annex 1).
Lot 1: Damage service to The Capital's Emergency Preparedness (HBR) in case of emergency response to the City of Copenhagen's properties. Lot 1 requires assistant smoke divers who can assist HBR with emergency damage service in case of fire accidents.
Lot 2: Damage service for the City of Copenhagen's properties.
Part 1 - Parallelindsats and claimsservice to HBRThe supplier provides damage service in collaboration with The Capital's Emergency Preparedness (hereinafter HBR) also called parallel efforts. Parallel efforts mean that the Supplier assists HBR with qualified personnel, including assistant assistant smoke divers who can work in parallel with HBR on fire damage. After HBR leaves the claim site, the Supplier must continue to be present at the site of the claim and provide general damage service if needed.
Lot 2 - Damage service to the City of CopenhagenThe Supplier provides damage service in case of damage to the Customer's properties. The agreement covers both acute injuries and planned tasks.
Claims service includes:
Identification of the site of damage
Affugtning
Remedy for water damage (not plumbing works)
Storage of values
Cleanup
Cleaning and sanitization after pests
Cleaning and sanitation after other damage
Cleaning and safe hedging after burglary and vandalism
Cleaning, tidying up and rehabilitating homes after the death
Røgsanering
Remediation of values
Damage minimisation measures
Damage after storm and strong winds
Skadestop
Social cleaning (except citizens in their own private homes)
