The subject of the contract is the development of technical documentation of the construction of the P&R at Ciechanów Railway Station

Industrial with the redevelopment of access roads and connection to the network of bicycle paths.

The scope of work necessary for the execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).

The subject of the contract is the investment task entitled: "Development of technical documentation for the construction of P&R

at the PKP Ciechanów Przemysłowy station along with the reconstruction of access roads and connection to the network

bicycle paths". The subject of the contract includes the development of technical, design and design documentation.

cost estimate along with obtaining the legally required arrangements, opinions, approvals and decisions on the permit

for the implementation of a road investment including:

-extension of Fabryczna Street on the section from the intersection with Sienkiewicza Street to the Ciechanów railway station

Industrial with construction/reconstruction of bicycle paths, sidewalks, rainwater drainage, lighting

street and parking spaces near the PKP Ciechanów Przemysłowy station, operating in the system

"Park & Ride";

-construction of a bicycle path connecting the PKP Ciechanów Przemysłowy station with the path in Sońska Street along with

a bicycle footbridge over the Łydynia River.

-reconstruction of collision utilities, construction of a technological channel and land development

Green.

The order also includes:

- preparation and submission to the competent administrative authority of a complete application in the field of

necessary to obtain a ZRID decision.

- obtaining a ZRID decision on behalf of the Contracting Party.

The task should be carried out on the basis of the guidelines contained in the OPZ. Design documentation should

include real estate belonging to the Municipality of Ciechanów, it is allowed to use

land properties owned by the State Treasury in permanent management

GDDKiA, other plots and parts of real estate necessary for the proper implementation of the task and the use of

land properties owned by PKP – after obtaining appropriate opinions, agreements and

permits.
