Essentially, the following services are to be performed:

- Floating cement screed, d = 50 mm, approx. 120 m²

- Cement screed as utility screed, d = 95 mm, approx. 25 m²

- Heated screed made of cement screed, H45, approx. 25 m²

- Galvanized steel stop angle 100 mm/50 mm, approx. 12 m

- 2K epoxy resin sealant, approx. 25 m²;

The district of Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen will dismantle, dispose of and rebuild the entire swimming pool including all technical facilities. The swimming pool body will also be redone. The reason for this is the already considerable age of the plant. In addition to the dismantling of the swimming pool and the installation of a stainless steel swimming pool with new shower and ancillary rooms, damage to the adjacent gym must also be repaired in the short term. For this purpose, the screed work trade announced here and to be put out to tender in the course of procurement is required (see II. 1.4).
