The subject of the contract is the supply (provision of access on the basis of a license) of a licensed research and development environment of the core of the 5G network with access to the source code, carried out as part of the project entitled "National laboratory of 5G networks and services with the environment".
1.The subject of the contract is the supply (provision of access on the basis of a license) of a licensed research and development environment of the core of the 5G network with access to the source code, implemented as part of the project entitled "National laboratory of 5G networks and services with the environment".
2. The licence must allow the contracting authority and other entities receiving access to the research and development environment no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract with the contractor. The licence must be granted without time or territorial limitation.
3.Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract constitute an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and are included in Part IV of the SWZ.
4.Do scope of the subject of the contract, it is also necessary to carry out instructions for each recipient entity – in accordance with the provisions of Part IV of the SWZ. The contractor must agree on the specific date of the instruction with the representative of the contracting authority listed in Annex 2 to the contract, but the instruction must be carried out remotely, for each of the receiving entities at the same time, for a maximum of 10 persons indicated by each of the receiving entities (i.e. a total of 50 people) and last a minimum of 8 clock hours.
5.The Contractor is obliged to provide each of the receiving entities with a quality guarantee and is obliged to perform the services resulting therefrom. As part of the guarantee, the contractor will in particular provide receiving entities with access to the manufacturer's technical support. The requirements for warranty and access to technical support are set out in Part III and Part IV of the SWZ.
6. The subject of the order must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.
7.The delivered subject of the contract must come from the distribution channel of the manufacturer not excluding distribution to the Polish market and ensuring the exercise of warranty rights.
8.The offered subject of the order on the day of drawing up the offer may not be provided by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale.
