The reason for the tender is the need that the municipality of Gouda has to purchase the hardware for its ICT infrastructure and the associated services (including maintenance contracts) in a flexible way in the coming years. As a result, the municipality of Gouda is not only able to purchase the components of its ICT infrastructure at the best possible price/quality ratio, but is also able to optimally coordinate the technical and economic lifespan of the components of its ICT infrastructure.
