Delivery and operational installation of a very sensitive UHPLC coupled tandem/triple quadrupole mass spectrometer system, including all components mentioned in this contract and installation of the software (hereinafter referred to as “system”). In addition, competent instruction into the system is provided by suitable German-speaking staff for up to five employees and three-day detailed training by a qualified German-language application chemician for three employees at the client's site. In addition, maintenance on the system must be carried out once a year for a period of 24 months after the material defect liability period. Furthermore, the contractor guarantees the availability of spare parts for the system for a period of at least ten years from the ready delivery. A German and English-language electronic user manual must also be handed over.

Alternatively, an exhibition or demonstration system can be offered if it is not older than twelve months, has run a maximum of 1,200 operating hours, meets at least the required technical requirements and is in perfect general and good technical condition.
