The tender contest includes transport and treatment of the following waste fractions:
• Residual waste
• Paper (including cardboard, cartons and drink cartons)
• Plastic packaging (Green Dot Norway plc agreement – non-treatment)
• Food waste
The contracting authority has an agreement with Grønt Punkt Norge [Green Dot Norway plc] for the processing of the plastic packaging. The tenderer shall transport the plastic packaging to a suitable facility for baling and handle this as specified in the attached Green Dot Norway agreement.
Transport and treatment of the food waste fraction has a later initiation date than the other factions.
The hire of containers for use for intermediate storage and reloading shall be offered for some of the factions.
All loading / collection shall be at the municipality's facility at Nilsbukjerr in Sannidal, outside the centre of Kragerø . All transport to the treatment location must take place with this facility as a starting point.
