Inspector services in connection with the surface treatment of the steel structures on Nordhordlands bridge. Inspectors shall be approved according to NS 476 and hold certificate level 3, red certificate.

The renovation consists of complete removal of the surface treatment and application of new surface treatment for parts of the structure and spot repairs of damage for the remainder of the structure. These parts shall be given a new all-covering top layer. Quantities of full removal of surface treatment is estimated to be 14 000 m2, while the repairs are estimated to be approximately 3 000 m2. Total area of steel structures is approx. 55 000 m2.
