Mission including the project management of the construction project of 28 social rental collective housing (PC deposit suite; APD elements to AOR) and project management assistance for the demolition of existing ones. The contract will be awarded to a multidisciplinary team with skills in architecture, structure, fluids, thermal and construction economics: own resources of the operator presenting himself, subcontracting or temporary group of companies, consisting of 2 or more members. In the event of a grouping, the architect is the agent and the competence in construction economics can be integrated into the architectural firm or one of the BET. Each operator may stand only once as an individual candidate or member of a group or subcontractor.
